TLS Partners is the trade name and the distinctive name of the law firm Chrysanthi Varnava & CO LLC.
Our law firm is based in Limassol, Cyprus and established in 2013. We serve both local businesses and a diverse range of national and international clients. We are a professional boutique law firm with offices in Nicosia and Limassol and staffed with experienced Lawyers and Legal Consultants.
We provide a complete, one-stop shop to our clients offering the same time practical solutions in a wide range of legal services, tax, corporate and business advisory services.
We serve clients across almost all industries and our client portfolio includes various types and sizes of enterprises and individuals. In addition, through our international partners (International Practice Group – IPG Network), we may provide similar services to our clients, in other countries as we have built over the years a strong network of international contacts with lawyers, accountants, tax and business advisors.
All our lawyers are licensed by the Cyprus Bar Association and our law firm is regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association. We are members in many associations and business groups, and proud members of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Cyprus Chamber of Commerce.

Chrysanthi Varnava - Managing Partner
Chrysanthi Varnava is a lawyer and the founder of the law firm TLS Partners, Chrysanthi Varnava & Co LLC in Limassol, Cyprus. She holds an LLB and an LLM in International Business Law from England.
Admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2012, her practice includes commercial and civil litigation, corporate law, real estate, foreign investments, international tax planning, and trusts.
In addition, Chrysanthi is a licensed insolvency practitioner, specializing in the dissolution and liquidation of Cyprus companies since 2015 and she regularly serving as liquidator in insolvency procedures. She is also a licensed mediator and arbitrator, with extensive experience in dispute resolution.
Chrysanthi has extensive experience in corporate structures, trusts, restructuring and investments vehicles, particularly with regard to high-net-worth individuals, real estate, conveyancing, wills, succession, probate and trust.
She regularly advises companies and individuals on complex shareholders’ agreements, trust deeds and issues relating to shareholder disputes, directors’ duties and corporate governance matters.
Chrysanthi also sits on various boards and actively supports charitable organizations in Cyprus. She is fluent in Greek and English.
